Yo! Howdy do? Happy birthday to you!

f

I say, That if people want to protect themselves then don't use guns. Nor anything such as an intention to harm.

f

I'll go with ya. HAHAHAHAHA. (*chokes*) cough!

f

Ha. That sucks. Well, I was going to tell you to go to apple. It seems that I'm no help. If it were me that it happened to I'd think it has something to do with either the circuitry or perhaps, you loaded a song that was harmful to the iPod. Would you like it if I bought a new one for ya? HAHA! ahh that's funny. Not that it doesn't work. But, that I'd make that offer. C'mon, now thats funny isn't it?

f

My birthday is September 22nd 1982. I too am a virgo. I was once told that virgo's have a hard time getting along together. I see that at times it is true.

f

How bout' "My Dying Bride"? J/K "A Perfect Circle". Oh, if you like things like Delerium, I think Paul Okenfold would be something you'd like. Or if you like Maaya Sakamoto you'd probably dig YOKO ISHIDA. She's pretty talented.

OH! TRY 36 Crazyfists. They're awesome. You can check out some of their tunes at www.36crazyfists.com .

f

When two stories are different, can you truly choose which of the two are better? Is it that you would show preference rather than decide between the two? Is it that one is more of a profit in the end over the other? Or is it that one is more of a benifit than the other? The answer lies with the experience.

f

When I sleep I fade from reality-the state of being awake, and delve into a dream state. In my dreams I am either chased by someone or many people or entities, both fictional and real in some way, who try to kill me. And in other dreams I get raped by some unknown entity. While I try to see who it is, I can't because there are others I am running from. It's like I am having two dreams simultaneously. Each of which could be called nightmares. Unfortunately, I haven't found out who is doing this to me. But, some day I hope to end it.

f

Hey. Thanks. I kinda thought that's what it was. But, after I thought that I wondered, just what could FU MO mean when Bunta-kun spoke? Why would they come up with that. Y'know? That's what got me wondering all this in the first place. But, hey. I guess that's just not worth racking my brain over. Thanks. Oh yeah, and I think I got the names mixed up. It was Chidori I meant to say.

f

It might sound gross, but I was going through some tough times. Here goes:
Spagetti(with sauce), butter, peanutbutter, jelly, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and some other stuff. It was gross, but I ate it all just to toughen it out. I won't ever do that again. It was about 5 years ago. The jelly and butter and peanutbutter really made it taste bad. Why did you put peas in your spaghetti?

f

Yeah, I pretty much figured that when I read it in newtype magazine. But, there does seem to be a bit of a story in FUMOFFU. In each episode Kaname gradually becomes a bit more fond of Sousuke. At the very least she shows the side that is attracted to him. I'm only up to episode 12 but, I think it might be that Kaname likes him. Correct me if I'm wrong though. I'll figure it out eventually. Anyhoo. You don't know if the acronym FUMOFFU stands for something...or if it is even an acronym at all?

f

Alright. I just spent about 230 dollars on anime in a matter of a week and 2 days. One of the series I bought was Full Metal Panic FUMOFFU. Sure...just what could it mean? It seems that it is an enigma I can not solve. Or I'm just too lazy to try and figure it out. But, does anyone here know if FUMOFFU has anything to do with an implication as to where the development of the story is scripted to go? Or is it just a laugh of a title that was chosen by the 4th episode of Souske disquised as that teddybear? Any hint would be appreciated. If not a hint...who cares? Lets just talk about it.

f

Alright. Sorry bout' that. LOL.

f

Well, I say that whatever your choice is, wouldn't it be best not to let your desire to become something fade and fulfill your wish. Aspire to become what you desire to be. Inspire others to become what they desire to be. And as well, take action.

f

Well, if you're trying to get replies that might explain what the reason your wall got deleted, I'm not too sure. It might be lack of creativity.(besides the design in the background)...I mean, perhaps they saw this work as a simple cut and paste piece that has very simple effects added to it. If you ask me, the scan doesn't look too bad. The design in the background looks as if it might have taken some effort, but I think they might have mistaken it as some filter whore wallpaper. And another thing is the scan is not very well blended, by which I mean earlier when I said cut and paste. I remember you giving me some advise about blending the scan with the surrounding elements in the wallpaper so as to add some distinctive creative feels, or something like that. Perhaps you should stick to what you can do as per your current experience and developed skills. I for one, want to make it clear that these comments are simply what I suspect are the reasons for your wallpaper being deleted. But, I CAN find some good things about it.

Quote by BobaFett2haI think the odds of there being an afterlife are hardly 50-50. But regardless, in my opinion, the idea of an afterlife (and indeed, all of religion) fails Occam's Razor. If you're not familiar with it, by the way, the principle is "entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity." It's quite obvious how it should be applied here: afterlife, god, reliigion, etc are all unnecessary for explaining anything, and should just be disregarded.

Back to the thread topic, the assumption that humans have some sort of special purpose for existence is equally unnecessary and arbitrary, thus I disregard it as well.

Hah! Yeah! That was great! But, I must say that if you think it is neccessary to participate in this thread then you must have some purpose behind it. Would it be that you are venting your accumulated observations? You seems to seek something more absolute and yet, being here proves you have an interest in something other than the plain, so as to keep yourself occupied and entertained with shared interests. Would it be necessary to participate if you hadn't a purpose for doing so? I think that would be negated. Try it. You'll see all that is unecessary by negating the things that are necessary. That is how you reach your view of nothingness.

And the disregarding of God and afterlife would be a mistake unless their purpose for existence has fullfilled itself. Think about it. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. But for something to be complete there needs to be it's necessary parts in order to accumulate the whole. Still...there is purpose. For that whole to be put together, there must be something that sees that it happens. And for something to spite the things that reach out for the fulfillment of thier purposes an argument is made. That argumenter sees the other side of things. It is like "God and the Devil". But, if you've observed...you'd have noticed that everything, even the unnecessary things, happen on account of it having been planned. The purpose of logic is to be correct. The purpose of mathematics is to find absolution. Yeah! Heh. Great.

Quote by mikan-sakuraI mean I think there is no reason for us to live

I once thought of something that came from the acknowledgement of patients.
"There answer is not to greedily demand the meaning of life. But to simply live..."

There are many ways one and another may find are the ways they may want to concider living. As we live, each of us press forth in search of what that way of life is. There is an answer. I know this with trust that it is true because, life has already been granted. We live and there is a way to find out how.

f

Well, I'm not so good at telling others what would be better, since I'm not that great a waller myself. But, I can tell you what I get out of it.

I was once told that a scan that is just cut and pasted into a wall isn't that creative. I haven't had much success doing anything different though. Anyway, the background has the matching color which reflects the mood of the scan and the type of anime its from. I can see that there is a design in the background that repeats itself in several places and they are blurred. To me, that would seem like someone is dazed looking into a deep illusion. The image of the girl seems to be the only thing clear enough to make out. In other words, it reminds me of an attack. Can't say much more though.

f

Welcome. If you have any questions just ask. But make sure you post your messages in the correct forum.

I once had a dream I was falling down a hill and out of a van. Next thing I know Spike Spiegal from Cowboy Bebop was reaching for my hand. He pulled me up and I was safe. What a cool guy that Spike is. Yeah. Heh heh.

Then I had another dream that some girl from an anime that is unknown to me was caught under some rubble from a collapsed building. I touched her to see if she would respond and she just shrieked. Then I woke up. Heh. Yeah.

f

I'd rather go somewhere like MiniTokyo.net . I'm have an account at Gaia Online but I only joined because, I was asked to. Whatever. Minitokyo has a more cosy atmosphere. Plus I can relate to the community here.

f

Well, I think they're great. If you can make sigs of this quality then you should be able to put a nice wallpaper together. I'm sure you would do fine.

f

Why are we humans here on Earth?

We were placed here. The answer is as obvious as it's correspondant question.
To merely survive is not the reason we exist but, it is what we are doing here on earth. The past philosophies are guidelines for finding more answers. With each answer there opens the door to another question. The journey is overcoming what would lead you astray and swallow you. Like war, there are sides that fight for survival. The victors have the right to evolve. Evolution is an answer. But not the answer to the final question. And what is the final question? Perhaps we shall know both it and the answer to it.

:D Heh. Sad :(

Hah! how could you ask that? First off, a trend is something temporary. But, the ways of trendiness is constant. If anime is a passing trend then that would mean all the talents, thoughts, experiences and senses that are represented by it are not any longer admired the way it was meant to be. Anime is diverse and can teach you many things- ie: to recognise and anticipate problems and how to solve them. Anime also can be a fun way to bring out the character in people. For example: cosplay based on anime characters. Fans react to the act of dressing up with excitement and they can share that excitement with other fans of anime. Also, culture has been formed from anime. Culture has been included in and with anime.

Series such as Ghost in the Shell and Neon Genesis Evangelion produce inspiration. The kind that makes you aspire to become useful and knowledgable about the future. They can inspire you to protect what is important. All you have to do is pay attention to reality while comparing it to the stories of anime and keeping in mind the things that go into anime. The ingredients are quite apparent. They are already mixed together. If you are a fan, you can "taste the recipe". If not, then you don't have to, but you are part of the recipe still because, anime includes all aspects of reality in an expression of occurances and experiences, whether it be fictional or closely related to reality's history. Anime will be around for a long time. Admired by both trend-seekers, otaku and ataku-alike.
